01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing oph22.org, creating an account, or using any game, betting market, or service on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a binding agreement between you and oph22.

oph22 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last updated" date on this page will be revised. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, your only recourse is to stop using the platform and close your account.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use oph22, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are physically located in the Philippines when accessing the platform.
• You are not prohibited from online gaming under any applicable law.
• You are registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person.
• You have not previously had an oph22 account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these terms.

Each person may hold only one oph22 account. Creating duplicate accounts is a breach of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited. oph22 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any point during the registration process or during account use.

During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid email address. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

03 Identity Verification (KYC)

oph22 requires all users to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) before withdrawals are enabled. KYC involves submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID and any additional documentation requested by the verification team.

Accepted identification documents include:

• Philippine passport
• Philippine driver's licence
• Philippine National ID (PhilSys)
• SSS, GSIS, or Unified Multi-Purpose ID
• Voter's ID issued by COMELEC

KYC verification is a one-time process per account. Once completed, it remains valid unless oph22 requests a re-verification due to changes in account details or a regulatory requirement. Accounts that remain unverified cannot process withdrawal requests. oph22 may also require proof of the payment method used for deposits, particularly for first withdrawals.

04 Account Security and Responsibility

Your oph22 account is for your personal use only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. Do not share your account details with any other person.

All transactions and bets placed from your account are your responsibility. If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account without your permission, contact oph22 support immediately. oph22 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

oph22 uses SSL encryption for all connections and OTP verification for login. These security measures are in place to protect your account — do not disable or circumvent them. If you receive an OTP request you did not initiate, do not enter the code and report it immediately.

05 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on oph22 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). There are no alternative currencies accepted on the platform. Accepted deposit methods include:

• Philippine online banking and mobile banking transfers
• Bank transfers to designated oph22 accounts
• Supported local e-wallets (subject to availability at time of deposit)

Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on oph22. Deposits made via unsupported methods will not be credited to your account and may be subject to return fees and processing delays.

Deposits are credited to your oph22 PHP wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by channel. oph22 does not guarantee instant crediting for all payment methods. If a deposit has not appeared in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted through the cashier section once your account has completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are paid to your registered Philippine bank account or supported e-wallet in PHP.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible.
• The name on your oph22 account must match the name on the receiving bank account or e-wallet.
• oph22 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawals are subject to review for compliance with these terms before release.

07 Gaming and Betting Rules

All games and betting markets on oph22 — including sports betting, slots, fish games, and other available categories — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that game or market. These rules are accessible within each game or betting interface.

General gaming rules that apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where the specific market rules allow cash-out prior to settlement.
• Outcomes are determined by the game engine, official event results, or a combination of both, depending on the product.
• In the event of a technical error during a game session, oph22 will apply the relevant game provider's error resolution policy. Bets affected by confirmed technical faults may be voided.
• Any attempt to exploit software errors, use automated betting systems, or manipulate game outcomes is a breach of these terms and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). Past results have no influence on future outcomes.

oph22 does not guarantee any specific outcome from any game or bet. No win is guaranteed. Gaming on oph22 involves real financial risk.

08 Promotions and Bonuses

oph22 may offer promotions, bonuses, or cashback programmes to eligible users from time to time. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which will be communicated when the promotion is made available. General conditions that apply to all promotions include:

• Promotions are available to eligible registered users only and are subject to verification of eligibility.
• Bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Specific requirements will be stated in the promotion terms.
• oph22 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of promotions is prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.

oph22 does not publish specific bonus percentages, amounts, or wagering requirements on this general terms page. Current promotion details, where available, are communicated directly to eligible users. No promotional claim should be assumed based on information from third-party sources.

09 Responsible Gaming

oph22 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. The platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. We encourage all players to maintain control over their gaming activity through the following practices:

10 Account Suspension and Termination

oph22 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Use of the platform by a person under 21 years of age.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Use of prohibited payment methods or attempting to reverse a legitimate transaction.
• Operating multiple accounts or sharing an account with another person.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If the breach is confirmed, oph22 reserves the right to forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable policies.

You may also voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting oph22 support. Any remaining PHP balance will be returned to your verified payment method after the account closure process is complete.

11 Limitation of Liability

oph22 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we aim for continuous uptime and service reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may affect platform availability.

oph22 is not liable for any financial losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses from gaming outcomes, missed bets due to connectivity issues, or delays in payment processing beyond our control. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter where limitation of liability is not permitted by Philippine law.

12 Governing Law and Contact

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the operation of oph22. Any dispute arising from your use of the platform that cannot be resolved through the support process will be subject to the applicable legal framework.
